ProfitKore Solutions — Refund, Cancellation & Billing Policy

This Refund, Cancellation & Billing Policy (“Policy”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and Assistantz.ai (“Assistantz.ai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Assistantz.ai platform, completing any payment through Stripe-powered Checkout, or managing your account through the Stripe Billing (Customer) Portal, you expressly acknowledge, agree, and consent to be bound by this Policy in full.

If you do not agree to this Policy, you must not use the platform or complete any checkout.

1. Billing Method & Payment Processing

Assistantz.ai uses Stripe-powered Checkout and the Stripe Billing (Customer) Portal for all payments and subscription management.

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Assistantz.ai does not manually initiate charges.
• Charges occur only when you voluntarily complete a Stripe Checkout or when Stripe automatically bills an authorized recurring plan.

By completing checkout, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method in accordance with the pricing, billing frequency, and terms displayed at checkout.

2. Free Trials (If Offered)

Assistantz.ai may, but is not obligated to, offer free trials at its sole discretion. Free trials are not guaranteed and may vary by plan, promotion, or user.

If a free trial is offered:

• The monthly subscription fee may be waived during the trial period.
• Setup, onboarding, implementation, or service fees may still apply and are billed via Stripe Checkout.
• All fees paid during a trial are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation.

You are solely responsible for cancelling your subscription before the trial ends via the Stripe Billing Portal.

Failure to cancel before trial expiration will result in automatic conversion to a paid recurring subscription, with Stripe charging your payment method.

3. Setup, Implementation & Service Fees (Checkout-Based)

Assistantz.ai may offer optional or required services that are paid for via Stripe-powered Checkout, either as one-time payments or recurring charges, as clearly disclosed at checkout.

These services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Platform or account setup

  • AI assistant configuration

  • Sub-account or agency setup

  • Onboarding or implementation services

  • Automation, workflow, or integration setup

  • White-label, reseller, or agency enablement services

All prepaid usage:

  • Is purchased via Stripe Checkout

  • Is charged immediately by Stripe

  • Is non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Has no cash value

Unused credits are forfeited upon cancellation or account termination.

4. Prepaid Usage & Consumption Charges

Prepaid usage includes, but is not limited to:

  • Voice minutes

  • SMS or messaging credits

  • Usage-based add-ons

All prepaid usage:

  • Is purchased via Stripe Checkout

  • Is charged immediately by Stripe

  • Is non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Has no cash value

Unused credits are forfeited upon cancellation or account termination.

5. Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions purchased through Stripe Checkout are recurring by default, unless otherwise stated.

  • Stripe will automatically charge your payment method at the billing interval shown at checkout (monthly or otherwise).

  • Charges continue until you cancel your subscription via the Stripe Billing Portal.

  • Assistantz.ai does not control or override Stripe’s automatic billing once authorization is granted.

To prevent future charges, you must cancel before your renewal date.

6. Plan Eligibility & Downgrade Restrictions

Certain plans offered by Assistantz.ai are restricted to new customers only.
Specifically:

  • The Launch Plan is available exclusively to new clients.

  • Downgrading to the Launch Plan is not permitted under any circumstances.

  • Existing customers are not eligible to switch to or reselect the Launch Plan after signup.

Plan eligibility restrictions do not constitute grounds for refunds, credits, or billing disputes.

7. Self-Service Cancellation Policy

Assistantz.ai operates on a strict self-service billing model.

  • The Launch Plan is available exclusively to new clients.

  • Downgrading to the Launch Plan is not permitted under any circumstances.

  • Existing customers are not eligible to switch to or reselect the Launch Plan after signup.

8. Strict No-Refund Policy

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable once charged

  • All setup, onboarding, implementation, and service fees are non-refundable

  • All prepaid usage and consumption charges are non-refundable

  • No refunds or credits are provided for:

    • Partial billing periods

    • Unused features or credits

    • Account inactivity

    • Failure to cancel on time

    • Dissatisfaction with the platform

All sales are final.

9. Chargebacks, Disputes & Payment Reversals

By using Assistantz.ai or completing payment through Stripe Checkout, you expressly agree not to initiate chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals for validly processed payments.

In the event of a dispute, Assistantz.ai may submit evidence including:

  • This Policy

  • Checkout records

  • Billing and usage logs

  • Proof of service delivery

  • Evidence of your acceptance of these terms

Improper disputes may result in account suspension, termination, recovery of dispute fees, and legal or collection action where permitted by law.

9. Chargebacks, Disputes & Payment Reversals

By using Assistantz.ai or completing payment through Stripe Checkout, you expressly agree not to initiate chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals for validly processed payments.

In the event of a dispute, Assistantz.ai may submit evidence including:

  • Checkout records

  • Billing and usage logs

  • Proof of service delivery

  • Evidence of your acceptance of these terms

10. Policy Updates

Assistantz.ai reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time.

Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

11. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By using Assistantz.ai or completing payment through Stripe Checkout, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood this Policy

  • Accept Stripe-powered automatic billing

  • Acknowledge that all fees are non-refundable

  • Accept plan eligibility restrictions

  • Consent to self-service cancellation via Stripe
